Sanjay, Girish and Vinod Talreja had long felt that the city of Bhopal seriously lacked a comfortable and trendy restaurant where they could savour the best in intercontinental food, and at the same time enjoy a pleasant international ambience. In their travels abroad, they had noticed that the art of cooking and dining was at a whole different level; food was not merely eaten, but consumed with a gaiety and fervour they had never seen before! When their thoughts returned to Bhopal, however, they were dismayed to find that there wasn’t a single restaurant where they could relish their food the way they had relished it abroad.
