About Us

We are part of R.B.S Hospitality Group proud owners of Biryani Singh,  Soya Express & Handi Chhadeyan Di, a mouthwatering varitiy of North Indian Foods.

We had a very modest start in Sep 2011 when we conceptualised a 100% Veg QSR with Soya Chaap being the USP and the other with a Non Veg cuisine targeting students,bachelors and working couples.

Both the brands received an overwhelming response from the customers and we swiftly expanded throughout Delhi/NCR.We further wanted to explore our culinary abilities with a certain cuisine wherein we could achieve both scalability and immediate customer acceptance an in the case of our previous two brand launches.After a few deliberations over multiple cuisine choices , we zeroed in on Biryani being the USP of our latest oering and thus BIRYANI SINGH

We have curated a menu around the most loved Indian dishes and fusionend it with the best aromatic basmati rice to get unique Biryani dishes which would appeal to the Indian palate and would be light enough to be consumed frequently. The packaging has been designed so to make it a practical take away without having messy clothes.We are experimenting with eco friendly packaging for single portions being packed and delivered in a kullad.

We also would be catering to the tness freaks with our Organic Brown Rice Biryanis Coupled with vegan substitutes to be chosen at the time of ordering.

The Soya Express and  biriyani singh  brand has been in existence for over ve years and is renowned for its commitment to vegetarian authentic & hygienic food, and good service.

Soya Express have a good mix of this advanced machine, labor requirement and food cost shall come down drastically. Highly expertise training of all the sta to run the kitchen as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) laid down by the company and strictly follow the recipes so that both Quality & Quantity consistency and the food cost is kept checked.
